General policy

Our tests are digital products delivered instantly on payment. Because opening a test immediately reveals its full content and answer key, no refund is available once a test has been opened, regardless of whether you completed or submitted it.

Bundles

A bundle unlocks several individual tests. If any single test within a bundle has been opened, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable. The unopened tests in that bundle remain available for you to use.

When a refund may apply

• You were charged but never received access to the test you paid for (a technical/order-processing issue on our end).
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your order number.

How to request a refund

Email support@germanstudio.in with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll review your Access & attempts record, including the “opened” timestamp (retained specifically as evidence for these decisions), and respond within 5 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
