Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using exams.germanstudio.in (the “Platform”), operated by German Studio (“German Studio”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Platform.

What we offer

The Platform sells original practice tests modelled on the format and question types of the Goethe-Institut and telc exam series, across levels A1 to C1. Practice material independently created by German Studio. Not produced, endorsed, or affiliated with Goethe-Institut or telc gGmbH.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in INR inclusive of applicable tax. Payment is processed by Razorpay. An access grant is created once your payment is confirmed. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation terms.

Test access and attempts

Each purchased test grants one attempt. Opening a test reveals its content and answer key to you, and that attempt is then considered used regardless of whether you finish or submit it. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Sharing your account or test content with others is not permitted.

Intellectual property

All test content is original material created by German Studio and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal exam preparation only. Copying, redistributing, screenshotting for sharing, or reselling any part of the Platform’s content is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to bypass the Platform’s access or grading controls, automate test-taking, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” for exam-preparation purposes. Completing our practice tests does not guarantee any particular outcome on the real Goethe-Institut or telc examination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant test.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
